Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations located in Aurangabad. The Manager of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production processes, coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely dispatches. The role also involves monitoring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high safety standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsExperience in manufacturing operations and supervisionKnowledge of quality control processes and standardsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using production management software and toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksRelated degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar fieldExperience in the packaging industry is a plus
