The University offers MBA (Hospital and Health Management), MBA (Pharmaceutical Management), MBA (Development Management), MBA (Healthcare Analytics), Master of Public Health (in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, USA), Executive Education, and Ph.D. programs.



Applications are invited from the prospective, enthusiastic, and hardworking candidates for the role of Admissions Counselor


Eligibility Criteria: A postgraduate or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout. Salary will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates.


Role of Admissions Counselor.


*. Review prospective student applications and interview prospective students.


*. Arrange campus tours and conduct information sessions.


*. Attend planning sessions and meetings with admissions staff, faculty, and student groups.


*. Respond to emails, phone, and/or in-person situations that require admissions guidance and/or counseling.


*. Participate in a wide variety of admissions activities designed to achieve institutional enrolment goals (i.e. tele-counseling, special campus events, multicultural outreach, school counselor relationship development, and data analysis).


*. Possess the ability to represent the department and Institution in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.


*. Proficient in using a personal computer and other office equipment, including institution-related software and email.


*. Handle Critical responsibilities including generating reports for the Management and Finance Team every month.


*. Coordination with Deans, Associate Deans, and Directors in the University for various admissions activities, processes, and decisions.


*. Work on MIS, reports, and presentations in coordination with department heads, active involvement in corporate communication.


*. Meet the candidates and families who seek admission to School or come for inquiry.


*. Explain to them the Fee Structure, and USPs of the school and take the parents to the University round.


*. Interpret the rules, policies, and features and provide support in the procedure of admission.


*. Counselling parents handling admission inquiries and preparing various reports for management.


*. Preparing student files and maintaining complete records.


*. Manage the data of visitors and admissions daily and follow up on all leads.
