Admission Counselor

Introduction: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and admitting prospective students to our institution. You will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing information about our programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information and guidance throughout the admission process.
- Conduct individual and group informational sessions to promote the institution and its programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advisors and faculty, to facilitate the enrollment process and ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.
- Attend college fairs, recruitment events, and high school visits to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in admission requirements and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiative

**Key Skills**:

- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of admission procedures, requirements, and best practices in the education sector.
- Familiarity with student information systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
