About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Performance/Marketing Growth Manager to supercharge our customer acquisition and retention strategies. If you’re passionate about scaling businesses, analyzing numbers, and experimenting with innovative marketing tactics, this role is for you. Join us to craft impactful campaigns and drive sustainable growth for Stanch.io, the ultimate platform for startups to manage accounting, payroll, and compliance seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end funnel, from impressions to conversions, ensuring a healthy ROI on ad spend.

 

Growth Strategy:

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
  • Design, test, and scale growth experiments to improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

 

 

Analytics & Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Mixpanel to track user behavior and optimize marketing spend.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and growth forecasts.

 

  • Content & Creative:
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging creatives for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

 

  • SEO & SEM:
  • Drive organic traffic growth through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and traffic.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • We are looking for candidates who can join us on immediate basis
  • Salary offered up to 10 Lakh/Annum

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, or an equivalent degree.
