Job Description:

The design head is responsible for ensuring that the design output aligns with the company's overall business objectives, brand personality and communication tone. The design head needs to play a leading role in constantly shaping the design language of the brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and communicating the company's creative vision and design aesthetic
  • Creating and maintaining the company's brand guidelines, and ensuring that designs align with the brand
  • Translating abstract business concepts or requirements into conceptual designs
  • Leading and managing the design team, including recruiting new talent, setting growth paths, and assigning team members to projects
  • Managing, monitoring, and leading all aspects of the design team's operations and activities
  • Mentor the design team on industry-standard design practices and high-impact visuals, ensuring cohesive output
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure that highest level of design is achieved in all areas
  • Design includes all aspects like brand collateral, digital assets, UI/UX of solutions/products, and so on
