We are a dynamic AI startup focused on Building for Bharat. Having acquired over 40,000 users, we are looking for an innovative and driven Product Head to join our team


Role Summary


As the Product Head, you will be responsible for leading the product development strategy and execution, and ensuring our product lines align with the company’s vision and goals. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions, driving product innovation, and maintaining competitive advantage in the market.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver outstanding products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the generative AI space.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.


Requirements


  • MBA grad from (ISB, IIMs, MDI, JBIMS, FMS, XLRI, top 10 or top Global B-Schools)
  • Growth mindset
  • Keen interest in building at scale for Bharat
  • Keen interest in Applied AI, and keeping up with trends in AI
  • Willingness to be highly flexible and adaptable
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Gurgaon office
  • Willingness to work with founding team to recruit key talent


Preferred:


  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within the tech or AI industry.
