We have an opening for the position of Tech. – QA Engineer based at our corporate office in Okhla Phase - 2, Delhi.
Experience Level: Minimum 2-3 Years
Skills Required:
● Analyze requirements and design, build, and execute test cases to assure the quality of the application
under test.
● Be able to load, manage, and track test cases in our test management tool JIRA.
● Have strong QA characteristics at all levels - Requirements gathering, test methodology, execution,
release.
● Must have excellent communication skills, is comfortable reaching out across teams as needed for
clarification, (Candidate will need to represent QA in agile teams)
● Ability to develop and execute various types of tests including functional, system, integration, end-to-
end, black box, regression, API and batch testing.
● Experience with automation testing.
● Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and
continuous improvement.
● Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart:
of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
● Have good knowledge of databases.
● Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for test infrastructure and providing automation
expertise to our development teams
● Work closely with the software engineering team, Product Management and Technical Operations as well
as business users and Senior Management, as required
● Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional edge cases outside of expected
functionality workflow. Have the drive to become an expert in:
● Unit testing UX Testing UI Testing DB Testing
Responsibilities:
● Involved in Test planning activities with Solution Architects for Integration, UAT and HAT cases.
● Involved in Verification of JSONs.
● Involved in Solution Testing
● Involved in ramp-up and enabling of Support teams
● Writing Test scripts (automated) for Functional and non-functional test scenarios.
● Understanding the solution and help make it robust.
● Involved in KPI dashboards designing and implementation.
● Should act as the first level of debugging for the solution team and internal customers.
● Should have a sense of ownership and proactiveness.
● Eager to work in various in-house trial and error activities on various stages of client deliveries.
● Should have strong communication skills
● Should be able to independently research issues
● Should be highly motivated and flexible to work with multiple tools / applications
● Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer
Preferred: Immediate joiner.
