Overview: The Quality Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of products and services through the implementation of systematic quality assurance processes. This position is pivotal in maintaining the organizations reputation by identifying and addressing potential quality issues ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processesConduct testing and analysis of products and processes to identify defects or areas for improvementMonitor and evaluate quality performance identifying trends and recommending solutionsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvementDocument quality issues and ensure resolution maintaining detailed recordsPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measuresParticipate in the development of new products or processes ensuring quality requirements are metConduct audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulationsProvide training and support to staff on qualityrelated processes and best practicesContribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance policies and proceduresCommunicate quality issues and initiatives to stakeholders at various levelsStay updated on industry best practices and quality management trendsPrepare and present quality reports to managementParticipate in customer or regulatory auditsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management Engineering or related disciplineProven experience in quality assurance or a similar roleStrong understanding of quality control processes and methodologiesKnowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 TQM etc.)Proficiency in quality assessment tools and techniquesExcellent analytical and problemsolving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to collaborate and influence crossfunctional teamsCertifications in quality management or related fields (e.g. Six Sigma ASQ etc.)Experience in conducting audits and root cause analysisFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and industry standardsProficient in using quality management softwareAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environmentStrong organizational and documentation skillsaudits,certifications in quality management,quality management systems,problem-solving skills,tqm,organizational skills,quality control processes,industry standards,root cause analysis,analytical skills,quality assessment tools,interpersonal abilities,process improvement,quality management software,documentation skills,communication,regulatory requirements,quality assurance,multitasking,iso 9001
