Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  2. Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to showcase our projects, services, and expertise.
  3. Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  4. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  6. Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  7. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and trends, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our strategy.


Requirements:


  1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Strong passion for social media marketing and digital content creation.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  4. Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  5. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
  8. Knowledge of interior design or renovation industry trends is a plus.
