Job Title: - Project Leader - Patient Analytics

Location: Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon


JOB OBJECTIVE: This role will be responsible for developing commercial analytics for pipeline and launching products as well as completing opportunity assessments for life cycle management. This role brings specific therapeutic areas in-depth expertise, analytical instinct, strategic thinking, and project management.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include but are not limited to)

• Able to think analytically and use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.

• Work closely with the project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps, and run the analysis

• Ensure high-quality analytics solutions/reports to the client

• Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.

• Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, and process automation

• Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs) REQUIRED


EXPERIENCE:

• Overall, 3-6 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.

• Relevant experience in Statistical/ modelling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills.

• Exhibit expertise on pharma real-world data like APLD, EMR, Prescription data, formulary data etc. • Worked on advanced analytics in the pharma domain throughout the patient journey like the line of therapy, switch analysis, source of business, segmentation, persistence & compliance, etc using various data sources.

• Managing & developing Patient/epidemiology-based forecasting models for pharma clients.

• Should have an attitude of willingness to learn, accept the challenging environment, and have confidence in delivering the results within timelines. Should be inclined towards self-motivation and self-driven to find solutions to problems.



Technical knowledge-

SQL/Python/R; Knowledge of self-service analytics platforms such as DataiKU/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

• Experience in Pharma commercial analytics experience will be preferred. Behavioural

• Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)

• Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus

• Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, and use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.

• Task Management – Basic level of task management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan own tasks, discuss and work on priorities, track and report progress Desirable qualities:

• Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients.

• Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Is excellent at honest analysis. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.

• Learning on the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems. A relentless and versatile learner. • Drive for results - Able to set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish. Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way
