Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice & Accent training with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will design and deliver effective training programs to neutralize accents, and improve communication effectiveness for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for individuals and groups

- Develop customized training plans based on client needs

- Utilize various training methods, including phonetics, pronunciation, and intonation

2. Accent Neutralization:

- Identify and correct regional accents, intonation, and pronunciation

- Teach standardized English pronunciation and speech patterns

3. Communication Skills:

- Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills

- Focus on clarity, fluency, and confidence building

4. Assessment and Feedback:

- Evaluate clients' speech patterns, identifying areas for improvement

- Provide constructive feedback and progress tracking

5. Curriculum Development:

- Design and update training materials, manuals, and resources

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

6. Client Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs

- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention


Requirements:


1. Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree

2. Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Voice & Accent training

- Proven track record of successful training delivery

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge of phonetics, phonology, and linguistics
