The group works with the firm’s clients in North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East to provide solutions to achieve their investment objectives. The clients include a cross-section of the world’s largest institutional investors, such as public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and foundations and endowments. The firm also serves the private-wealth community and Registered Investment Advisors.


The Role: Specific responsibilities vary from team to team within Business Development, but generally include some or all of the following:

• Provide support to senior members of Business Development Group ( in the firm's global offices ) whose objective is to build and deepen relationships with investors.

• Develop strong knowledge on the Firm's product and asset class and demonstrate interest in the

industry.

• Liaise with members of Business Development and Product Specialist teams to customize

marketing materials and review materials for client and prospect interactions.

• Coordinate the distribution of the firm's white papers, event invites, webinars, etc.

• Complete assigned sections of Requests for Proposal/Information and Due Diligence

Questionnaires and review in entirety before submission.

• Be responsible for marshaling the full resources of the firm to coordinate responses to all

investor inquiries.

• Coordinate client meetings and conference calls with investors.


What You’ll Bring

• A Master’s degree; concentrations in Economics, Finance or Business.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity.

• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.


Preferred Experience & Expertise:

Prior working experience in an Asset / Investment Management OR Financial Services firms.

Drafting & Crafting Market and product related commentaries and memos, and various presentations.

Responding to RFPs / RFIs and DDQs.

Prior / current experience in a Sales Support / Client Advisory / Business Development would be very beneficial.
