Job Title: Informatica Developer

Experience Required: 4+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to support data integration and transformation needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate ETL processes and data accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain data integration workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data flows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ETL and data integration technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Proficient in designing and developing complex ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database design.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
