Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate SustainoMetric’s brand, increase market presence, and drive client engagement in the ESG research space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with SustainoMetric’s business goals and ESG mission.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Review content created by the team before taking them live.
- Brand Management:
- Strengthen and manage the SustainoMetric brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, client case studies, newsletters, and social media content.
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the ESG research team to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and reports.
- Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients, providing marketing support throughout the sales process.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness and engage with industry stakeholders.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance and ROI.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, or professional services sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
