Job Summary: Eazydiner Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payout and Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payouts to restaurants, reconciling open transactions, and ensuring accurate financial adjustments and coordination with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payout Management:
  • Handle the processing of payouts to restaurants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to restaurant partners.


  • Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile open transactions where invoices have not been created.
  • Adjust retention money and other income streams with payouts.
  • Reconcile credit notes issued against refunded transactions.


  • Coordination:
  • Work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with city heads to ensure timely payouts to restaurants.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with restaurants regarding payout queries.


  • Communication:
  • Address and resolve any queries from restaurants related to payouts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on payout status and reconciliation processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payout processes and reconciliation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
