About the Team

The Monetization team plays a pivotal role in our content streaming business by building the backbone that supports our user’s consumption experience as well as our core business model. This is a team in pursuit of excellence and continuous self-improvement with a strong focus on impact creation through great insight generation and user focus


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Group Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience as well as monetization You will drive product led pillars of a product, be it projects like Subscription, Loyalty Pgn, Pricing, Offers or be it more nuanced work streams such as finding the right experience balance between a binger and a sampler, this role will definitely need you to push yourself in your user empathy , analytical prowess, structured solutioning and insight generation skills You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap to deliver a world class experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines.
  • Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in established tech software or enterprise companies, creating internal or platform products for delivering operational excellence.
  • 3+ years of experience in core product management (B2C product experience strongly preferred).
  • Past experience of working in a fast paced environment and delivering impact on complex initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills based on ‘first principles’ and structured thinking
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passion for designing and delivering innovative and scalable platform solutions.
  • High bias for action or high agency mindset to drive impact consistently
  • Ability to lead multiple products and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
