“Legal Advice on labour and employment matters, handling disputes relating to labour and employment issues and comprehensive know-how of the issues concerning labour and employment matters:

Exp - PQE: 5-9 years


♣ Extensive knowledge about the labour and employments laws, both central and state, including rules, regulations, notifications, etc.

♣ Engaged in advising the stakeholders on various aspects of employment related issues and the risks and exposures.

♣ Comprehensive knowledge about the scheme of the new Labour Codes.

♣ Experience in drafting of Policies for implementation of the labour and employments laws.

♣ Fair knowledge of compliance under the labour and employments laws

♣ Providing support on employee transitions in acquisition of units.

♣ Handling litigation disputes in relating to labour and employment issues.

♣ Working in close co-ordination with external legal counsel, wherever required.

♣ Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels and advisors in employment matters.

♣ Render guidance to internal stakeholders on labour and employment issues.

♣ Research and prepare legal training material for internal stakeholders.

♣ Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.


• Must be goal oriented, a strong team player and capable of working towards a common goal with minimal supervision.

• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

• Adept at identifying and mitigating risks, measuring metrics, tracking project progress and submitting status reports.

• Must be a go-getter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.

• Common sense, reasoned judgment, and a good sense of humor.

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management are required.

• Zeal and ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Knowledge of MS Office.
