VP Corporate Brand and Communications

This role requires a strong understanding of the company's brand identity and target audience, as well as the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive customer engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive branding strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Leading the development of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  • Managing the company's public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, and making recommendations for optimization
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry organizations
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development and success.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in branding, communications, and marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in public relations, media relations, and crisis communications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry organizations.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development and success.
