Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Voice Process)


Location: Wakad, Pune


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Specialist with a background in handling voice processes and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a voice process environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • International sales exposure or experience dealing with global clients is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
