Job Title: Project Manager/Delivery Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead with a strong technical background in web and mobile applications development to join our team. This role requires a blend of development expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple web and mobile application projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership: Utilize your technical experience to guide development teams in implementing best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Agile and Scrum: Oversee and facilitate Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to ensure effective project execution and team collaboration.
  • Jira Management: Manage and track project progress using Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue resolution.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take complete ownership of project deliverables, ensuring quality and completeness from conception to deployment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong technical background in web and mobile applications development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies (Scrum), and project management tools like Jira.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
