EazyDiner is looking for a driven and passionate Sales Manager to handle one of the biggest portfolio in Delhi NCR


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the overall growth of the assigned portfolio
  • Work with restaurants to bring huge value to users/guests while protecting the interest of the partnered restaurants
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of the assigned territory
  • Achieving targets for restaurant reservation revenues and website advertising revenues
  • Keeping abreast with information regarding the food & beverage industry and the restaurant and hotel industry
  • Keep a close eye on competition and be smart to strategize various campaigns to keep EazyDiner as the most preferred platform for users/guests and restaurant partners
  • Plan events with partnered restaurants which will be exclusive and value-add-on for the suppliers
  • Work in close coordination with the Concierge team to convert queries into materialised reservations
  • Ensure smooth closure of escalation on weekdays and weekends



Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)


  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Creative solutions driven mindset, with a - get things done- attitude
  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • True passion for sales and creatively finds ways to make sales people more productive
  • Should be an excellent team player
