Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of Financial Products – Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, NBFC products, CRM. The ideal candidate must have very good field-level experience of IT/ITES, product engineering services. The ideal candidate must be familiar with domestic and international sales, primarily in the Middle East and the North American territories.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market needs, and competitive landscape.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with internal teams.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company’s presence and reputation.

Revenue Generation: Manages the revenue forecasting, revenue pipeline, and revenue realization.


Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
