We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Researcher to design, develop, and implement quantitative models that support trading, investment, and risk management strategies. The role involves conducting statistical analysis, researching financial markets, and working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and data scientists. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and finance, with expertise in applying quantitative techniques to solve complex problems.


  • Develop and test mathematical models for pricing, trading, and risk management.
  • Conduct research in areas such as market microstructure, portfolio optimization, and asset pricing.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trading signals and patterns.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large financial datasets.
  • Perform backtesting and stress testing of trading strategies.
  • Design simulations to evaluate the performance of quantitative models under different market conditions.
  • Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers to integrate models into live trading systems.
  • Translate research findings into actionable strategies.
  • Provide quantitative support for investment decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in quantitative finance, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Improve existing models to increase accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Explore new datasets and alternative data sources to enhance research.
