Job Summary: As an IT Administrator/Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to support and enhance the overall efficiency of the organization's IT environment.


IT Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:-


1) Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.

2) Manage, maintain, and update onsite copiers, and printers machines.

3) Provide support online/offline.

4) Maintain all local software and hardware licensing

5) Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions, and major changes to support IT infrastructure.

6) Recommend software and hardware solutions consisting of upgrades and new acquisitions

7) Maintain and secure passwords, file system security, and data integrity for desktop environments.

8) Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies.

9) Develop and maintain vendor relations.

10) IT Support - Maintenance - Computer, Biometric, CCTV, Server, Switch, Internet Router, Reporting, Asset Management & Tracking, Network Management, Data Recovery, SIM Cards, etc.

11) FIREWALL - Monitoring/Support/Configure/Update Management SSL ENCRYPTION (Not for VPN)

12) MANAGEABLE SWITCH - Support/Monitoring Logs/Complete Configuration/Update Management 7) ACCESS POINT - Support/ Monitoring/ Manage/ Maintenance

13) All Computers, Printer, Laptops and IT Devices Management

14) Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups, and disaster recovery preparation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and software applications.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with security best practices and cybersecurity measures.

· Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
