Responsibilities: -
Customer Experience Product Management
- Ensuring customers have the best and seamless experience across our ATM, Automation & Micro ATM channels
- Existing products / new products to be evaluated from customer service and experience perspective
- Business process reengineering to ensure faster flow of transaction keeping transaction security in mind
- Managing the NPS score of the network
- Analysing customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) and incorporating the suggestions as applicable across the network
- Tracking NPS score and ensuring that the score is above the defined threshold
- Taking overview of surveys submitted by branches / ATM Team in the Hygiene tool App
- Studying health of the network through disputes, declines and uptime data
- Releasing of Dashboards / MIS pertaining to NPS, disputes, declines, hygiene, etc.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
- Should havegood analytical capability rather than just preparing the MIS
- Good communication skills
- Persuasive qualities required when dealing with teams from other department / branches
- Educational qualification – MBA
- Previous experience in ATM Product / Customer Service required ( will be an added advantage)
