Key Roles & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with program managers, project leads, BU heads, integrated media planner, and the resource management team.
- Attend training and development to ensure positioning of the IDS team as the holistic digital marketing expert across the verticals.
- Manage budgets for integrated projects, ensuring financial objectives are met
- Indicate areas of better allocation of resources based on project requirements to ensure optimal utilization to deliver as per the targeted project profitability.
- Identify potential risks in integrated projects, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans, escalate issues in a timely manner to avoid client attrition.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
- Escalate cases of potential conflicts within the integrated project teams or with stakeholders, to ensure project continuity
- Highlight contract expiry deadlines to ensure timely renewals.\
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of integrated projects as per agreed timelines and milestones.
- Work closely with client SPOC and keep him/her informed about the project status.
- Facilitate and ensure collaboration and communication between different BUs, promoting a cohesive approach to integrated project delivery
