Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound sales efforts focused on large enterprise clients in India, USA & UK.

• Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in large corporations.

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

• Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client needs to shape product offerings.

• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Provide input into sales strategy and annual planning.

• Actively manage a small team of upto 3 Sales Associates.

• Represent the company in industry events and conferences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Revenue achievement and growth against defined targets.

• Strategic account acquisition and retention.

• Efficiency in managing sales cycles with large organizations.

• CRM updates and adherence to sales process.

• Customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

• Ability to be a team leader and manage a sales team.

• Co-operation and collaboration with team members in the company 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, Technology or an MBA.  

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in consulting sales (HR or Technology preferred) or enterprise SaaS sales.

• Proven success in managing sales and delivering revenue through sales in into large organizations, particularly in IT, Consulting, Finance, FMCG and Manufacturing.

• Deep understanding of complex sales processes and long sales cycles.

• Proven ability of building long term relationships with and leveraging them for sales

• Exceptional English and communication, including presentation skills.  

• Should have very good interpersonal skills, and ability to empathise with individuals

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

• Willingness to travel and meet with clients regularly.
