Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.Position: SERVICENOWLocation: PAN INDIAExperience: 6 to 8 yearsMust-HaveTechnical CompetencyExperience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurationsExperienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNowExperience in ServiceNow custom application design and developmentExpertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.Experience on ITSM migration / consolidationsStrong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and ImplementationsMentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team.Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standardsMaintains and reviews license Data in ServiceNow and proactively report on the compliance slippage.Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundationBehavioral competencyHandles customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for customer as well as TCS management.Strong abilities to manage conflicts that may arise with customers and/or TCS internal stakeholdersExcellent communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impactsGood-to-HaveEvaluate the tool stability and performance and provide recommendationsParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives).Review, and do proactive analyze and resolve application issues as needed.Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenanceKnowledge on new servicenow modules ( HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM, Etc..)TOGAF or any equivalent certification preferredResponsibilitiesUnderstand the customer environment for the Business processes and IT processesWork with the customers (Business and IT stakeholders) to understand their requirements and needs (Stated and Unstated/Hygiene)Brainstorm with the customer and bring out the requirements beneficial to them considering the following:1. the current needs and roadmap of the customer Business and IT and2. the current capabilities and roadmap (to the published level) of the ServiceNow platformBe responsible for the design and architecture for the new implementation and development of ServiceNow applications - as suitable to the business and IT based on the baseline requirementsBe responsible for the design and architecture for Maintenance and enhancement of existing ServiceNow applicationsConsider the Security and Audit compliance as aligned with the agreed standards/customer policyProvide guidance and thought-leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers (Business and IT) and also internal TCS stakeholders for the technical solutions to be aligned with the architectureShare Best Practices and guidance to the customers and TCS internal teams as a mentor and Provide guidance to the implementation methodology and testing methodology*Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.Referrals are always welcomeKindly don't apply if already attended interview in last 1 months.
