Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow .Configure and customize modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB based on project requirements.Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, Script Includes, and GlideAjax calls.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, or IntegrationHub .Support platform upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, ensuring smooth platform functionality.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Follow best practices for ServiceNow development, security, and configuration management .Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for configurations and customizations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5 + years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within the ServiceNow environment.Experience with ServiceNow workflows, flow designer, catalog items, and UI builder .Familiarity with ServiceNow API, integration techniques, and data management .Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory/preferred).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other certifications (preferred).
