Role/ Designation: Vice President & Head Projects ( Infrastructure Industry (Building) Precast Tech)

Reports to: CEO and MD

Exp: 20 Years


Role Objective: To plan and execute Project Construction within budget, timelines and quality thru all stages of construction. This includes coordinating with other team members and third-party contractors/consultants. Ensure Project Delivery in given Budget, Timelines and scope.


Role & responsibilities:


1. Manage Projects in Terms of Feasibility, Planning, Scheduling, Costing, Budgeting, Contracting and Constructions Management

2. Inspecting site to evaluate conditions and accordingly organize execution

3. Engaging with contractors/Sub contractors on assigned works

4. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

5. Monitoring and controlling site execution team for civil and finishing works

6. Contract administration along with coordination with consultants and resolving queries of vendors/consultants

7. Following quality guidelines for execution and supplied materials

8. Material management at site and checking of quality as per specifications

9. Reporting and documentation related to project execution

10. Preparing of daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS

11. Verifying vendor/contractors bills

12. Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and provide timely inputs

13. Ensuring all safety procedures and standards [HSE]are being followed

14. Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

15. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

16. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

17. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

18. Track project milestones and deliverables.

19. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

20. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.


Preferred candidate profile:


1. Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years work experience

2. Should have end to end Finished at least 2 Hospitality / High End Luxury Residential or Commercial Projects

3. Organizing skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget

4. Practical knowledge of application of engineering science and technology.

5. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

6. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

7. Should be able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
