Job Description: Sales Account Specialist


The Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales of microscopic loupes. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, providing product training, and ensuring partners have the resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optical technology.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Partner Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the sales network for microscopic loupes.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Act as the main point of contact for partner-related issues and opportunities.


Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets through channel partners. Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.


Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to channel partners on product features, benefits, and applications. Ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and sell microscopic loupes effectively.


Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities with channel partners, including promotions, events, and campaigns.


Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on channel partner performance, including sales results, customer feedback, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management.


Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the optical and microscopic loupe market.
