We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) with strong experience in Internet & WiFi troubleshooting to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class customer service, we’d love to hear from you


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to understand service-related needs and provide the most appropriate solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve network & modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting.
  • Walk customers through phone hardware and software configurations to enhance service functionality.
  • Provide solutions for customer repair problems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Interface with customers over the phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ISP, Internet, WiFi, Router & Modem connectivity issues.
  • Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.
  • Education: UG / Graduate / PG.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Internet technical troubleshooting (B2C Voice Process).
  • Flexible for rotational shifts & week-offs.
