Vedanta Aluminium operates a world-class 1.8 MTPA aluminium smelter and 3,615 MW thermal power generation facility in Jharsuguda, Odisha. To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Chief Digitalization Officer, Vedanta Jharsuguda.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -


  • To lead our digital transformation initiatives
  • Responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital strategy to enhance customer experiences, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business growth
  • Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences, and tailor digital offerings accordingly
  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners to ensure delivery of high-quality digital solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects


CRITERIA:


  • 60% and above throughout the education
  • Sound Analytical Skills, Business Acumen, Communication Skills (Both Written & Verbal)
  • Possess a deep understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and customer engagement strategies
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and security
  • Visionary leadership and strategic thinking
