Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Should be a liaison between business and technology units within an organization Should plan, elicit, analyses and documents business and functional requirements in a challenging, time sensitive environment while also effectively managing the expectations of numerous, diverse, internal and external stakeholders Should prepare scope of the project, write user stories and should have worked on Agile Model Must ensure that project requirements are captured and are fully understood, technically deliverable and do not exceed the baselined project scope, budget or time-to-market Work with key business stakeholders to define and document business requirements Work with project manager and other project team members to ensure successful delivery of project objectives Must have worked as Scrum Master or must have worked in the capacity of a Scrum Master Support project management with timely and high-quality planning input, reporting, change, issue, risk and dependency management
  • Embrace change and continuous improvement initiatives, adopting change to improve performance Capture, analyses and document business requirements to define the project scope
  • Capture, analyses and document functional and non-functional requirements, to fully realize the project scope

Translate requirements into use cases and flow diagrams Coordinate review and sign-off of requirements and use case documentation as per agreed project schedule Document and map business processes and solutions using standard procedures, methods and tools Should be experienced in Business Requirement Document (BRD) and consolidated requirement document Should use cases, activity diagrams and documentation


Skillset & Experience Required:

Over all 6 to 8 Years of experience as Business Analyst

  • Experience of working within a fast paced and complex technical project environment
  • Proven ability to deconstruct and express complex information in clear and unambiguous documentation
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Ability to judge that product meet true business needs and fits in well with the current business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate and influence both the team and the stakeholders.
  • Be able to recognize and prioritize business value and weigh risks.
  • Continuously self-reflect and think how to best contribute to the team. Easily adapt to new and changing requirements by doing detailed analysis beforehand.
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques to elicit requirements, ease backlog management, provide real-time collaboration, and make estimates.
