Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in IT function transformation consulting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing and optimizing IT functions, managing complex transformation projects, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic improvements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Function Analysis: Evaluate and assess current IT functions, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop detailed reports and recommendations for optimization and transformation.
Transformation Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of IT transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with clients to define transformation goals, scope, and success criteria.
Project Management: Oversee and manage IT transformation projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, and business units, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and address challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and progress.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful transitions.
Best Practices and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT function transformation. Recommend innovative solutions and approaches to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, ITIL) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in IT function transformation consulting. Proven track record of managing complex IT transformation projects and delivering results.
Skills:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT systems, software, and tools. Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Ability to drive organizational change and manage resistance.
