Job Title:Team Lead - Sales

Salary- 5 LPA to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Handle objections and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

CRM Management:

  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Collaboration with Team:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales steam Lead or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
