Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-sales Associate (US Voice Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO, Voice process or International calling environment. As a Pre-sales Associate , you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads

·        Introduce our company's products to potential clients and generate interest

·        Qualify leads by understanding the client's requirements and budget

·        Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads

·        Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

·        Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation

·        Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions

·        Stay updated on industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BPO for US based clients.

·        Experience in B2B, B2C or Claim Settlements would be ideal for Nibav.

·        International Voice Process servicing the US, Canada, UK or Australia.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·        Ability to engage with potential clients and build rapport over the phone

·        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·        Good organizational and time management skills

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

·        A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
