Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Developer specializing in React and .Net. As a Senior Developer at Algonox Technologies, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of full-stack applications using React and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions, ensuring high-quality code and following best practices. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead in full-stack development
  • Expertise in React.js, .NET framework, C#, and other related technologies
  • Expertise in Node JS is a added advantage
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server or MySQL
  • Knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, driving excellence and ensuring timely delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
