Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead and manage our Wealth Management Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large teams and will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of wealth management processes within an ITES/BPO environment. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires the candidate to work in US shifts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of 100+ members, ensuring the effective delivery of wealth management operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end wealth management functions including client onboarding, account maintenance, financial transactions, investment reporting, compliance checks, and client support.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive business objectives and meet operational performance goals.
  • Ensure adherence to US regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures within wealth management operations.
  • Establish strong governance and quality control measures to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Foster a high-performance work culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.
  • Manage escalations effectively and ensure swift resolution of client or operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and risk management to align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership on operational KPIs and SLAs.
