  • Experience in IT Hiring ( Mass, Bulk Hiring experience will be added advantage)
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Sourcing profiles based on the given requirements through multiple channels like job portals, references.
  • Posting Jobs in LinkedIn, job portal and other similar means to widen the possibilities for right candidates.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes which includes sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
  • Mass-mailing to all the relevant profiles for concerned jobs using Job portal.
  • Screening the profiles and gathering information about candidates.
  • Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with candidates from their hiring till on boarding.
  • Coordinating all the necessary formalities with the selected candidates till joining
  • Good in communication
