The primary goal of the IT RPA & Integrations Support Manager is to lead and direct operations on conducting and run-the-business working in alignment to the IT Global platform support framework for Tyson Technology.


This Manager will engage with the RPA/Integrated Dev Teams to ensure support & affiliated services are delivered within agreed upon service levels and metrics. Also this being a people manager role, this Leader will manage and direct Tyson team members in the support process orchestration of the RPA & Integrations suite of applications which are part of Tyson Retain Apps and align with their support requirements.

Considering it’s a Global Support model which requires us to scale-up support Orchestration 24X7, the Manager will work in-consensus with the Mexico/US Teams to drive Run-the-Business successfully and keep the progressive partnership to offer cutting edge and industry class IT Support Model which is scalable & leverageable for future needs & expansions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Mentoring & Leadership:

  • Being the focal & escalation point for driving Customer success in ensuring all the ongoing RPA/Integration process implemented keep running successfully & doesn’t perturb the Customer Experience.
  • Be a facilitator & enabler to drive continuous improvements in driving our Run-the-Business services and support team through the development and implementation of necessary action plans working in-tandem with the RPA Dev/Core Dev Teams.
  • Develop relationships and partnership with the Managed Services Teams, & other internal clients and IT vendors to provide technology solutions and support models
  • Being a coach to Directs support to drive raise awareness and help them internalize their strengths & opportunities.
  • Inculcate best-in-class knowledge to Team members on the ongoing efforts Tyson leadership drives on Digitalization & strategic roadmaps on Automation.
  • Be a Team enabler in driving TM’s to clarify and define their Career Paths & support their career growth opportunities.


Team Management :

  • Being an effective leader to run the daily operations working in alignment with the 24X5 follow-the-sun model of engagement & partnership between India/Mexico/US Team’s as necessary.
  • Focus on structuring and restructuring processes, identifying scope and assessing the improvement or design requirements of ITIL based Service Management processes and related process/playbooks/Functional documentations.
  • Participate in the Design, Develop, Delivery of projects and processes to improve the solutions we offer in RPA/integrations process.
  • Ensure team members are fully allocated to efforts that align to organizational goals
  • Ensure team’s Goal setting, performance reviews are meeting or exceeding stated metrics as per the goal setting performed by IT leadership
  • Driving team members hiring/rotations & take ownership to Interview/Fill open positions within the team with qualified individuals.
  • Be the focal point/escalation owner on all priority issues, break-down & escalate to the Project/Dev team’s as necessary to get their partnership to drive issues towards closure.


Application or Technology Ownership and Solution Delivery :

  • Ensure effective management of all aspects (planning, implementation, support, change management, etc.) of business applications or functional areas as identified.
  • Develop and execute any controls process aligned to application or technology ownership


Business Engagement :

  • Lead cross functional business or technical meetings as lead by Functional/Project/Dev Team’s and prepare for the Project transition as necessary.
  • Understand organizational strategy to ensure alignment of IT projects in related area.
  • Collaborate with customers and Core Dev/RPA Dev Team to ensure that the implemented solutions are meeting the Business needs and keep a check on changing trends/scenarios as they evolve due to various internal/external factors.


REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Related experience in RPA/Integrations technology will be an added advantage.


Experience:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS solution implementation and experience in RPA/Integration systems (Blue Prism/Snaplogic,etc.).
  • Understanding of AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud tools.
  • Experience having worked in ambiguous environments where you have helped bring clarity and predictability through the use of processes standards and governance.
  • Experience with project and work management tools.


Communication Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical team members.
  • Effectively provide constructive feedback & continuous coaching to team members
  • Must possess emotional intelligence and self-awareness


Supervisory: This position will be responsible for supervising 6+ team members directs & also engaging with Cross-Functional/International teams as necessary.
