About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Management Specialist with expertise in Dayforce and advanced scheduling practices. This role is critical in optimizing workforce efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional employee experience through accurate forecasting and scheduling.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Dayforce Workforce Management system for scheduling, timekeeping, and labor compliance.Develop and implement workforce schedules that align with business needs and labor laws.Monitor and analyze workforce data to improve productivity and reduce costs.Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll and staffing levels.Provide training and support to managers and employees on Dayforce functionalities.Generate reports and insights for leadership on workforce trends and KPIs.Qualifications:Proven experience in Workforce Management with hands-on expertise in Dayforce.Strong understanding of scheduling principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
