Role : Associate Vice President/Associate Director - Digital Marketing


Mission Statement of the Role


We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as AD/AVP Digital Marketing. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition and Achieve Revenue and EBITDA Goals by generating high-quality relevant leads (50% growth every 6 months). A deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, data analysis and optimization techniques to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Own the entire digital marketing strategy from channel mix, campaign mix and channel level strategy in alignment with the revenue and EBITDA goals.
  • Work towards scaling performance marketing channels through efficiency measures and finding new opportunities.
  • Creative Design: Own video ad and static ad development by working with videographers, editors and designers.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and growth
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Test and optimize new channels in line with the company's growth plans. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising. 
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product, operations and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and implement data-driven marketing initiatives


What are we looking for:


  • 10-15 years’ experience in digital and performance marketing in a senior role at a consumer internet company, Graduation batch 2012-2016
  • Preferred from a Tier 1 institute or proven track record in scaling businesses through performance marketing
  • The incumbent should be a leader as well as a hands-on deep problem solver 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Creative thinking with a flair for marketing communication
  • candidate must be based out of Gurgaon/ South Delhi or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be office-based 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience managing budgets and achieving ROI targets
  • An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. A mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently, like a Founder
