Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert strategic leadership and oversight across all dimensions of operational functions of Stock Broking business, encompassing client onboarding, account management, trade execution, margin management, settlement, clearing, risk management and client services.
  • Formulate and implement robust operations robust operational protocols, procedures and controls to ensure stringent adherence to regulatory mandates, risk mitigation and operational fortitude.
  • Well versed knowledge of Equity Trade, Future and Option trades processing and settlement and doing EOD-BOD of the back and front office system.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and perpetual refinement, instilling a spirit of innovation and efficacy across all operational workflows.
  • Champion the cultivation to talent and mentorship within a team of operations professionals, nurturing a collaborative work environment conducive to exception al performance and employee fulfill.
  • Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams, including trading, compliance, risk management and technology to streamline the process, optimize systems and amplify operational prowess.
  • Methodically monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, discerning trends, areas ripe for refinement and prospects for automation or enhancement.
  • Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, exchanges, clearing corporations and vendors to ensure compliance and operational alignment with industry best practices.

Key Skills and Experiences:

Looking for a individual, from a variety of backgrounds BFSI and Stock Broking firms.

  • Minimum 15 years of financial market, Stock broking, products, securities, funds, risk, derivatives in India.
  • Holds a graduate, bachelors degrees or could also be an advanced pedigree with professional, accreditation of CA or MBA or CFP.
  • Have minimum 10 years recent experience in securities market i.e. activity related to dealing and settlement in securities market.
  • Exhibit profound understanding of securities market rules and regulations related trading stocks and securities including future and options
  • High level of self-motivation and a stork work-ethic outstanding abilities to influence and lead effectively across functions and teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment with commitment to delivering high quality service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication skill- excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to collaborative effectively across departments and functions.
  • Personal integrity-high degree of ethical standards and principles mind sets towards always operating with integrity and complying with all regulatory requirements.
