Job Overview:

As a Programmatic Campaign Specialist at Joveo, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will leverage data-driven strategies to ensure maximum ROI for our clients by effectively targeting and engaging potential candidates through automated ad buying. This role requires a deep understanding of ad tech, data analytics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement programmatic ad campaigns across multiple platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to understand client objectives and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
  • Utilize audience segmentation, targeting techniques, and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different creative elements and strategies.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve client goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all campaigns, including budgets, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Technology & Innovation:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the ad tech and programmatic advertising space.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate new features and functionalities into the Joveo platform.
  • Explore new opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Management:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding campaign performance.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to clients on how to optimize their advertising spend and achieve their hiring goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in the HR Tech or Ad Tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Excel.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other programming languages is a plus.
