Job Description:

  1. Manage media relations, coordinating with media houses, and cultivating relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  2. Monitor media coverage and analyze trends to adjust PR strategies accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
  5. Work with graphic designers and other creatives to develop visual assets that support branding and PR initiatives.
  6. Plan and execute media briefings, and on-ground activations
  7. Track and report on the effectiveness of PR and branding activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree [Creative Field]. Preferably from Event Management background.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Media relations, branding and partnerships.


Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent media relations and networking abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Graphic Designing & Using AI tools would be an add on.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mind-set.
