Position: Business Development Trainee (Paid Internship)

Summary:

Join our team as a Business Development Trainee and embark on a rewarding journey to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital brand scale marketing. As a paid intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to real-world projects that drive business growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and understand the fundamentals of digital brand scale marketing, including market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior insights.
  2. Assist in identifying potential business development opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning.
  3. Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  5. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to optimize marketing performance and achieve business objectives.
  6. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge in digital marketing.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing activities, results, and insights.


Qualifications:

  • Age 18+
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • 10+ (bachelor's or master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus)
  • Duration: 3-6 months


Compensation and Benefits:

1 Lakh to 2 Lakhs Per Annum + Monthly Incentives (Performance Linked)
