Responsibilities:

  • Defines product scope, technical deliverables, roles, and responsibilities, working closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client needs.
  • Proactively look for improvement to internal operating models through both strategic and tactical change. This needs close engagement with the engineering team.
  • Lead one or more large projects by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with the staffing.
  • Interface with clients, gather requirements, create delivery plans, and monitor the results.
  • Prioritization of tasks aligning with client and internal team.
  • Develop and implement go-live strategies for new features, coordinating with the engineering team and clients.
  • Provide comprehensive visibility to the leadership and stakeholders on the status, progress, dependencies, risks, and issues with agreed mitigation plans.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving products with agility and technical efficiency.
  • Contribute to Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Prepare thorough documentations - Product kick off presentations, detailed development schedule/plans, UAT documentations, product trackers etc.


Experience/Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex ITIL/ITSM projects, programs, or initiatives through a full product management life cycle, with 3 or more years of BFSI domain experience would be a plus.
  • Program Management qualifications such as MSP or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC techniques.
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgment, solid decision-making, and contingency planning.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, tools such as Jira, Rally boards, and best Scrum (SCM) and Agile practices.
  • Should have handled medium to large-scale projects and delivered them efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability of risk management.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
