US IT Recruitment- Contract- 6 Months


Role: US IT Recruiter


Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (C2H) (On the payrolls of Sonata Software)


Permanent Location: Bangalore, Willing to work on a Hybrid Module (Tuesdays and Thursdays working from office)


Office Address: Global Village Tech Park, RR Nagar, Bangalore


Education: Full Time Graduate or MBA (preferably)


Excellent communication skills is mandatory


Eligibility:

Well-versed with US and other onsite recruitment (4-6 years of relevant experience)


Roles & Responsibilities:

· To forecast, plan and review monthly onsite recruitment targets.

· Sourcing and other recruitment activities of US and Mexico

· Well-versed with US visa rules and different types of hiring in US and other geos.

· Ability to identify fake candidates based on documents submitted

· Has developed good network of candidates and partners in US.

· Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.

· Training the team on the latest recruitment techniques.

· Taking care of all paperwork (SOWs/POs renewals of candidates, MSA and POs with partners) by liaising with Legal

· Liaising with the technical managers to enable correct resource delivery

· Building a relationship with offered resources to better the offered to joined ratio

· Partner with search specialists, as appropriate, to create sourcing strategy for open positions.

· Identify suitable partners for faster fulfilment.

· Knowledge of low-cost channels/sources.

· Handling End to End Recruitment in all domains.

· Coordinating with the Account Manager / Delivery Manager.

· Continuously improve on service levels offered to customers in terms of Turnaround time for requests & SLA adherence metrics & Customer Satisfaction

· Recruitments handling in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics, MS, OS, Test, BI, IMS and other technologies.

· Actively involved in improving the recruitment process.

· Liaising with all the recruitment agencies and closing the requirements in time.

· Generation of various reports regarding the recruitment Analysis. Preparing metrics for recruitment.
