We are a 24x7 operation based in South Delhi, with a workforce of over 130 professionals, and we are poised for significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process for roles including lab technicians, phlebotomists, customer care executives, field phlebotomists, logistics runners, sales professionals, and other critical positions.
  • Develop effective job descriptions and utilize various job portals and recruitment channels to attract the right talent.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and induction programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Training & Development:

  • Organize and deliver basic training for employees, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, especially in recruitment, customer care, and technical roles.

HR Generalist Activities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including grievance handling, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed across the organization.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage basic office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage appraisal systems, provide feedback mechanisms, and support team leaders in managing employee performance.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR management, preferably with exposure to the healthcare or diagnostic lab industry.

Skills:

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
  • Effective training and development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare/laboratory setups is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
